Flush moment end plate (beam to column flange)

SCNZ 14.1 does not cover flush beam-to-column moment end plates; use the extended end plate or the flush end plate splice. Moment end plates are calculated to AISC (Design Guide 39 / AISC 358), EN 1993 (SCI P398) and BS 5950 (SCI P207) - select one of those codes above.
